HortEducationBC primarily uses Canada Post Expedited for shipping of all Learning Resources. Due to the current labour action alternative courier services will be used.
Where possible, this will be done within the current Shipping and Handling fee. Where this is not possible, an alternative option will be proposed through ShipTime. Additional fees would be invoiced prior to shipping if the increase in fees is agreed upon by the purchaser. Alternatively, the order will be refunded.
