Job Requirement

  • Practical experience and knowledge in the installation of soft and hard landscapes
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license
  • Industry accreditation, BC IPM Applicator’s Certification, and Level 1 First Aid
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office) and knowledge of design software (preferably
  • Dynascape) and design principles
  • Basic landscape maintenance skills and knowledge of horticulture principles
  • Ability to read plans and perform takeoffs

Transportation Requirements

  • Must have Drivers license

JOB SUMMARY

We currently seek a passionate and reliable individual with the right skills and knowledge to join our friendly team of professionals in the role of Landscape Project Manager. The primary function of the role is to work with new and existing clients to quote and design various landscape projects and ensure they’re profitable and high-quality execution through strong organization, training, and leadership of our landscape construction team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Consult with clients to create professional job proposals
  • Create attractive and professional landscape designs
  • Successfully manage projects from start to finish (organize materials, equipment, budget, timeline, and labour)
  • Ensure an excellent customer experience through proactive communication and guarantee
  • of workmanship/quality materials
  • Train staff and serve as a mentor to supervisors and those looking to advance
  • Work cooperatively to foster a harmonious working relationship with all co-workers
  • Prepare and present performance evaluations and ensure safe work practices
